BookingPal Admin portal – “incomplete status” feature

What is BookingPal’s “incomplete status” feature?

This feature places properties into a status of “incomplete” to alert you when action is required on your listing. This status could be triggered by items not meeting specific channel specifications and require immediate attention to prevent delays in distribution. Some elements that need to be fully completed include: property name, Property manager property ID#, BookingPal property ID#, State, Description, Room, Bath, Person, Location, Currency, Name, Lat/Lng, Images, and Rates.

How does it work?

BookingPal has a sophisticated validation software. This software detects the necessary elements needed for a successful listing on each channel. If your property does not meet all minimum requirements, BookingPal will notify you, acknowledging that you are missing elements. You can then make the proper adjustments before your properties go live.

If you have missing or incomplete elements:
(1) You will receive an email notification via BookingPal
(2) In order to check your property, you can easily login to your BookingPal dashboard
(3) Click “listings” go to the “incomplete” tab. There you will see how to modify the property in your software or make the appropriate adjustments directly in your dashboard

Why is it beneficial?

The incomplete property status feature is beneficial to all users because it ensures properties will be successful on all channels. It can also detect errors such as missing fees and taxes. This feature ensures your listings qualify for the highest placement on each channel which will make your properties more bookable!

How can you get these properties live?

Once the changes are made into your software or the BookingPal dashboard, contact your Account Manager to let them know your listings are all complete and ready to go live.
