Associate Product Manager

BookingPal is hiring!! We are looking for self-motivated, passionate individuals to join the Startup that is disrupting and revolutionizing the alternative accommodation community. We’re a stable, fast-growing company with amazing opportunities to start and grow your career.

Your role

As the Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the future and success of BookingPal, and the distribution platform for vacation rentals. All of our products are in a high growth stage and you will be in charge of overall strategy and the trickle down work that needs to be done to meet those goals, which means being trusted to make your own decisions and plan your own strategy.

You’ll define new product features, develop strategies, and build roadmaps. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create the best experience and value for our users, while delivering great ROI. This involves working closely with our Product Marketing and Integration team to ensure consistent messaging for product deliverability. You’re not afraid of getting into the gritty details of the products by maintaining the product backlog, defining sprints, A/B testing calls-to-action, gathering project requirements, and surveying users. Using that data, you’ll make well-researched and compelling product proposals for the strategic future of each product.

Your experience

You’re organized, diligent and clever, but you thrive in a work environment that is laid back and fun. You’re a voracious learner; once you get excited about something, you become an expert and feel confident sharing your knowledge via webinars or speaking engagements. Advocacy comes easy to you, whether it’s a subject, product or person – you stand up for what you believe in, only promise what you can deliver, and work in both the client and company’s best interest. You’re not scared off by needing to get your hands dirty with the details, but you’re capable of functioning at a high level when needed. You crave an autonomous work you can sink your teeth into and you don’t need micromanaging.

  • 3+ years of product management experience preferably with a SaaS business model
  • Great track record of driving product improvements through data-based decision making through user testing, data analysis, and A/B testing
