As a BookingPal Technical Support Advisor, you’ll be supporting our external partners in the global vacation rental business, including Channel Partners, Property Management Software Partners, and Property Managers. As our partners’ first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly voice of BookingPal, providing world class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. We’ll rely on you to listen to our customers and use your technical expertise, creativity, and passion to meet their needs — and remind them that behind our great service are amazing people
